Fantastic ice cream varieties, cakes and aromatic coffee

Well known within and beyond the region is our Café Eisschlössl. We produce our homemade cakes, desserts and ice cream varieties from family recipes. Herbert Herbst creatively creates all the ice cream varieties with care. Enjoy them in either our winter garden or on the big terrace under the sunny sky.

Fruity, new, special and traditional! 

We produce our ice cream daily, fresh and with lots of love. Be it strawberry, vanilla, hazelnut or banana-chocolate, latte macchiato, poppy seed, cheese cake, whisky cream, curd cheese, green apple or blueberry – our café offers all these flavours. We use only the best and freshest ingredients from regional farmers – fresh milk and juicy fruits from the Almenland and surrounding regions.

The fruity ice cream flavours contain lots of fresh fruits making them sweet and refreshing. In the chocolate flavour you will find a lot of cocoa while many hazelnuts find their way into the creamy nut flavours. In a cup while relaxing and enjoying the views over the children’s playground and the Almenland hills, or in a cone to go – it will always taste special!

Big or small – you will be delighted...

Our „Figurella“ is a sweet delight for the calorie-conscious guests with a variety of fresh fruits and Almenland-made yoghurt. As a refreshment on hot days we recommend “Fruchtgenuss” with fruit and yoghurt ice cream, juicy fruits and whipped cream. There are also our classics like banana split, iced coffee and “Pfirsich Melba”. We are famous for our “Eisschlössl creations”: “Amadeus”, “Chestnut cup”, “Schwarzwald-Mädl”, or fresh and homemade waffles with ice cream. Our milkshake and cocktail creations (also non-alcoholic) will bring a small taste of holiday to you.

Fresh from the bean 

Either for breakfast, a break in-between or after lunch: good coffee is always the perfect treat! From aromatic, freshly grounded beans we create Espresso, Melange, Cappuccino or Caffé Latte for you. Our recommendation: our homemade creamy tartes, fruit cakes, traditional Strudels and fresh waffles. Take a glance into our counter and enjoy.
